Contact information you provide through our inquiry form or by email — such as your name, email address, company, and the details of your project.
Production materials you share so we can create your videos — scripts, brand assets, and, where applicable, photos, video footage, and voice recordings of a person who has consented to be used as a digital persona.
Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type, collected automatically by our web server for security and reliability.
We create a digital persona of a real person only when we have that person's signed consent. We use the supplied face and voice materials solely to produce the videos you request. We do not sell your likeness or voice, and we do not use your materials to train models offered to other customers.
Video generation is performed on our own infrastructure. We do not upload your private footage, voice, or scripts to third-party consumer AI services as part of our standard pipeline. We retain project materials for as long as needed to deliver and support your work, then on the schedule we agree with you.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, email delivery and hosting) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
This site uses minimal cookies necessary for basic functionality. We do not use it for third-party advertising tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for the use of a likeness or voice at any time. To make a request, email privacy@armyof.me.
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date.
